RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Non-defective products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. A shipping costs apply for change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs.
CLAIMS & DAMAGED GOODS
Claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be submitted via email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. A damage report filed with the courier is mandatory for all claims. Suppleme.eu will cover the costs of re-shipping only for claims deemed valid.
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged please take pictures and email those to info@suppleme.eu within 5 working days of your delivery. We will not accept any claims for damaged items outside of this timeframe.
DELIVERY TIME
Suppleme.eu is not responsible for any losses due to late delivery.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched same day and delivered accordingly to chosen delivery option.
Please note that couriers are working from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
